A note to our loyal customers regarding the COVID-19 situation:
March 26, 2020
We sincerely hope you're all doing well in these trying times. We want to update you on a few things. We are open, as we are considered essential both for feed and pet food, and for hardware. We are proud to be able to continue to serve you.
We want you to know you have the option of calling in your order and pay over the phone. We will load your vehicle when you arrive and you won't have to get out. We just ask you to be a little patient with us as our system isn't optimized for that type of commerce.
If you need to come in, that's fine (as long as you feel well). We are wiping down terminals and pin pads regularly. Our dock door remains open and the door into the store swings, so you don't need to touch a handle.
Lastly, gardening is on it's way. Seed potatoes and onion sets arrived yesterday. We hope to have cool season plants next week. Once the ground dries a liitle you might find some happiness in digging in the dirt. :)
We had to put a restriction on buying extra bottles of water. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we hope this passes soon. Our hardware supplier has informed all their dealers that disinfecting products will be short supply. Other than that, we haven't experienced, nor do we anticipate, other problems.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. We WILL get through this together!
Thank you for your loyalty,
Jim
